Extended Parler Family,
Obviously, yesterday was a momentous day in the future history of culture wars. Yesterday, what I, and others, had written off as a bid that was unlikely to succeed was given green light approval by the Board of Twitter after initially being rejected and blocked. So, what does this mean?
First, a few practical points:
This does not mean the deal is done. This simply means that the Board of Twitter has given the green light to the deal - they are recommending the deal to shareholders. A big issue will be the shareholder vote, which is yet to be completed.
Expect Twitter walkouts. You have already seen the first stage of this but watch the woke tiger fight for its life on Twitter. They will do everything they can to prevent Twitter from becoming a free speech platform.
But what does all this mean for Parler?
Demand validation for free speech is proven. We are going nowhere. In fact, the opposite; we believe this business will get stronger from here on out - we have plans to grow the company and expand our offerings. We are fully funded, with a world-class team and rock-solid investors.
Our mission will not change. Since starting the ground-up rebuild, we have worked diligently to keep Parler as your place to think, listen, and speak freely. Our adoption of Web3 technology will further enhance user security and privacy.
Parler is building for the future. We are a technology company, not just a social media platform. We are working hard to deliver new capabilities and control, including accelerating our plans to integrate crypto into our social media platform and launching a new mobile experience for users via the Apple App Store. These are the foundation for everything else, like direct messaging, video previews, and translation upgrades. The list is long, so I invite you to follow @Parler to stay updated.
The fight against Big Tech's efforts to control the dialogue and political discourse may have taken a crucial step this week. But the arduous journey is far from over. Elon's acquisition and interests have further validated that Twitter is broken, irrevocably, and both Parler's purpose and progress.
Support our mission by inviting your friends to join the discourse and Parler’s growing community. Send this SIGN-UP link to a friend: https://bit.ly/3vh083T
Together, we are Parler strong.

I would hope that all people that love freedom will continue to Speake out for our constitution
to be held up as written. wishing you guys' success, hopefully you will not let them sneak their way in again. do not let money be your God.
I agree that Parler has a ways to go in improving its service. My one wish is that Parler would give a specific reason for why it pulled a comment for not meeting standards, and why specifically it approved or denied such comment to be posted.
